John Paul Jones
My name is John Paul Jones and my role at Canine Stylin is co-owner/manager. My career at Canine Stylin began in 2016 when I joined partnership with Stacy after Gracie retired. I began learning the trade bathing then grooming before I transitioned into taking care of the business operations. I will be the one you talk to on the phone most of the time scheduling your appointments and answering your questions.
My wife and I have enjoyed having poodles in our life and currently own two standards (Ruby and Twylah). You will see all three of them at the shop with me daily as they are the official greeters when you come in the door. In my spare time, I enjoy working in the yard, smoking meat on my smoker, and woodworking.
At Canine Stylin we believe your pet deserves a relaxing spa experience and you can be confident in knowing that your pet is being cared for by a compassionate and professional staff. When you drop your pet off with us you can be assured that we treat them as our own.
Stacy Roberts
My name is Stacy Roberts and I am a second generation groomer and now co-owner and lead groomer at Canine Stylin. I have been grooming for over 20 years. I learned the trade under my Mom Gracie who started her career when I was just 4 years old. Growing up in a grooming shop ignited my passion for the profession. I have attended multiple trade shows and taken many classes such as scissoring, proper coat care, caring for senior dogs and much more over the years. I have been to Georgia and completed courses on creative grooming where I learned the proper techniques to safely apply color and carve designs into the coat. I have competed in grooming competitions such as the rescue rodeo where competitors groom rescue dogs to better their chance of getting adopted. I also competed with my standard poodle Savvy in a creative competition where I turned her into a lady bug and it was an amazing experience. I am knowledgeable in all breeds and pay attention to detail. I have trained and am currently training multiple people so that this amazing skill will be continued and carried on. I have been a business owner over 6 years and co owned with John over 4. I am a wife and mother to two beautiful children and owned by 2 standard poodles, a great dane and a miniature schnauzer. In my spare time I like to do crafts, go camping and just hang out at home with my family. I consider grooming an art and it’s not just a career for me it’s a passion.
